Confirmation of Payment
On successfully payment you will be returned to the media.greatrun.org site within your personal download area. You will also receive an email to the address used for the Paypal payment, this email should be saved as it represents proof of purchase and contains a link to your specific download area.
Cancellations
The above services represent statutory or contractual liabilities. If you wish to cancel the activation of your download area, you should do so before the Paypal payment is completed. Your funds will NOT be refunded to you if the payment for the activation is successfully completed.
Refunds
Where an activation has been successfully completed but items within the area are not accessible and there is proof of payment then a refund shall be issued following a written request from you. Where payments have been made by debit / credit card refunds shall normally be applied to the same credit card account.
